| Pancake rocks |
Rated as one of the top 10 drives in the world, the West
Coast took us two days of driving. The drive made us feel as if we were back on
Highway 1, headed down our own West Coast. The scenery was dramatic, gorgeous,
and refreshing. It consisted of long expanses of beach, giant rocks, severe
cliff lines, and right on the other side- NZ rainforest. We saw the most
amazing sunset of our trip after a spontaneous turn off. Minus the sandflies,
it was the best night of the trip!
